Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  update-manager fails to display a changelog for certain packages, e.g.
  openoffice.org-sdbc-postgresql, ure, etc. and the link provided
  (http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/1%3A0.7.6+OOo3.1.1-5ubuntu1.1/+changelog
  ,
  http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/1.5.1+OOo3.1.1-5ubuntu1.1/+changelog
  , etc.) is broken.  The correct links are
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/1:3.1.1-5ubuntu1.1/+changelog
  .

  Apparently, update-manger is not realizing that these packages have
  different names between their source and binary versions.
