  update-manager shows up wrong date

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  System is really up-to-date, but even after sync'ing and instaling new
  updates, update-manager shows up that the last sync was 5 days ago
  (and yesterday, it was 4 days ago).

  Looks like it can't update the last sync'ing date for some bizarre
  reason...
