Bug description:
  Imagemagick's mogrify doesn't seem to have support for any image
  formats. For example:

  murrayc at murrayc-desktop:~$ mogrify -resize 300x300 *.jpg
  mogrify: no decode delegate for this image format `north_berwick_colin_murray.jpg'.

  
  This output from identify suggests that imagemagick doesn't have any real image format support, so it seems completely broken. Or maybe I am missing somethiing:
