I just checked the English installer, it also shows the install button
with the text "_Install Now", so it appears this is not related to any
particular translation.

Bug description:
  The keybord shortcut to click on 'install now' is not set, but instead
  shows the "_" in front of "installeren", which is as it appears in the
  translation.
