[Bug 828197] [NEW] [GTK3] Back and Forward buttons have a strange border between them

Public bug reported:

software-center-gtk3 trunk 2114, Ubuntu Ocelot

The Back and Forward buttons have a strange 3-pixel border between them.
The border even extends 1 pixel above and below the buttons themselves.

The buttons should be completely flush, as they are in 4.0. It should be
easy to tell that they are different buttons, but they should look like
parts of the same piece of material.

Anywhere else in USC, this kind of bug would be Low importance, but this
is Medium because it's so prominent.

** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Medium
         Status: New
