Bug description:
  Assuming bug 830218 is fixed by removing the category data from the
  software tiles, then ...

  1. On the home screen, look at the tile for VLC.
  2. Look at the tile for Stellarium.
  3. Go to the "Internet" category, and look at the tile for FileZilla.
  4. Look at the tile for Thunderbird.

  What you see: No category info.

  What you should see:
  1. "Sound & Video"
  2. "Science & Engineering — Astronomy"
  3. "File Sharing"
  4. "Mail"
