Title:
Unresolvable problem when upgarding from 8.10 to 9.04 on 64bit machine

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

main.log does not contain any errors.
Any foreign package sources are de-activated.

Still, upgrade to 9.04 is aborted.

Any other package, I should remove manually?
