Bug description:

1. In a new user account, launch USC.
2. Navigate to an item that has reviews.
3. Click the "Yes" or "No" link to mark a review as helpful or unhelpful.
4. Cancel the sign-on dialog that appears.
What happens:
3. A spinner appears with the text "Submitting now...".
4. The text remains and the spinner continues spinning indefinitely.
What should happen:
4. The spinner and text disappear, reverting to the helpfulness stats.
