[Bug 833840] [NEW] synaptics touchpad doesnt enable after disabling from fn+f6 key on dell xps l702x

Public bug reported:

First time when I disabled the touchpad using keys, it got disabled nicely with the 'indicator light' glowing.
But Its just not enabling now. notifications are coming out fine.

Also when notification says enabled, light is glowing
when notification says disabled, light is off
It was opposite earlier.
