Bug description:
  Every time a package fails to install via update-manager, *two* apport
  prompts are generated: one for the package failure, which results in a
  useful bug report; and one for aptdaemon, which "crashes" when dpkg
  returns an error.

  The latter should definitely not result in triggering apport.
