[Bug 836251] [NEW] Dash prevents window usage

When calling dash with the "super" key (winows/ubuntu key) it sometimes
triggers the inability to select already open windows for a certain
period of time or prevents desktop usability.... can not click, drag
select, input or close during that period of time
