Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. While we appreciate the difficulties you are facing, it
would appear that the CD image (ISO file) you downloaded could be
corrupt. There is an easy way to verify the integrity of the Ubuntu ISO
files you download. Could you please visit
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM follow the instructions
and report back as to whether or not the MD5SUM verified?

Also, can you please run:

chkdsk C: /f

on Windows then reboot your computer twice, your NTFS partition appears
to be suffering from corruption according to the system log.

  Installer Crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I am trying to install ubuntu , installer failed and asked me to report a bug.
  Pop up asked me to attach two files, but I am not able to attach more than one file below.

  Please solve the issue as soon as possible.
