  Recently installed Ubuntu 11.04 with grub-pc 1.99~rc1-13ubuntu3 in a
  dual-boot with Windows, grub fails after running Windows.

  Before and after sector dumps attached.

  I suspect that the application causing the problem in Windows is ANSYS
  Workbench 13.
