In what context does this message appear? i.e., is this at boot time or
interactive, what is the kernel commandline, what plymouth theme do you
have configured?

This is likely to be a terminal configuration issue rather than with the
implementation of log_warning_msg, since the latter *does* output a
newline.

Title:
  init.d: log_warning_msg "PulseAudio configured for per-user sessions"
-- missing a newline at the end

Status in “sysvinit” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The init script's log_warning_msg "PulseAudio configured for per-user
sessions" is missing a newline at the end, which makes the init script
messages of the next daemon to be started start being written in mid-
line, rather than at the start of the next line.

Either that, or whatever LSB init function that processes
log_warning_msg messages from init scripts doesn't return the cursor
to the start of the next line.
