Which means there is a problem with your mirror, could you please try
again or try with another mirror and tell is it helps.

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Internet connection failed during upgrade from 11.04 to 11.10. When
  resuming the upgrade later the following error message was shown:

  Could not determine the upgrade

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

  Please report this bug in the 'update-manager' package and try to include the following error message: 
  'E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.
