Bug description:
  Hello,

  I would like to report a bug.

  The following problem:
  The runlevel scripts have been numbered incorrectly after updating to the latest version of Ubuntu.
  Now this problem has occurred repeatedly after a normal update. Noticeable is the
  Error posted by unclean file systems.
