[Bug 903131] Re: lucid->precise upgrade - prompt to update unmodified conf files: /etc/init/networking.conf /etc/init/network-interface.conf , /etc/network/if-up.d/upstart

The base Lucid system was installed in 2 different ways:
1. From a Lucid 10.04.3 Server ISO
2. With vmbuilder

After the initial installation:
1. Update the system:
  $ apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
2. Reboot
3. Upgrade
  $ do-release-upgrade -d

When prompted for a configuration change, I selected to keep the install
version.

Configuration files attached (original config files without .dpkg-dist
extension)

** Attachment added: "config.ifupdown.tgz"

** Changed in: ifupdown (Ubuntu Precise)
       Status: Incomplete => Confirmed
