  Ubiquity crashed after failing to install GRUB to MBR

Bug description:
  After installing lubuntu onto a pre-partitioned harddisk with
  encrypted LVM Ubiquity fails to install the GRUB to the MBR and then
  crashes when I try to click the "continue demonstration" button at the
  end.
