[Bug 874190] Re: Could not download the upgrades

I've this problem,  the msg box says "The upgrade has aborted. Please check your Internet connection or installation media and try again. All files downloaded so far are kept."
and "Failed to fetch http://pt.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gmp4/libgmp3c2_4.3.2+dfsg-2ubuntu1_i386.deb 403  Forbidden"
I tried several times, different days, what can I do ?
