Bug description:
  On Xubuntu Natty across both of my machines, the follow window titled
  "Debconf on ubuntu" (screenshot attached) "flashes" multiple times
  while installing or removing software.

  As an example, this window flashed four times when I was installing
  the "dvd::rip" application. It only flashes during the latter part of
  the install process (after the packages have been downloaded).
