[Bug 806419] [NEW] nbd-server doesn't work on Oneiric

Public bug reported:

A current Oneiric install properly configures /etc/inetd.conf to start
nbd-server on port 2001 though for some reason nbd-server dies
immediately on incoming request.

Starting nbd-server manually (without inetd) works fine.
