Title:
  ksdevice should support selection by MAC

Status in “netcfg” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Currently you can only select a different Ethernet interface by
  specifying the interface name with the boot parameter "ksdevice=eth1".

  It would be nice if selection by MAC-address was also supported, e.g.:
  "ksdevice=11:22:33:44:55:66"

  This is already supported by Centos and Fedora, but currently does not work with Ubuntu.
