Hi!

LDM got a major upgrade recently including a rewrite of its UI.
It's really likely that this issue got fixed at the same time as the greeter is now a small window centered by the window manager.

I'm going to assume this is fixed and mark it fix released. Please feel
free to reopen should that not be the case.

Thanks!

Title:
Small cosmetic issue: label left of input field should be center-
  aligned vertically

Status in Linux Terminal Server Project:

Status in “ldm” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ldm

This is a very small cosmetic issue: the "Username" and "Password"
label to the left of the text input field should be center-aligned
vertically relative to the input field, instead of aligned to the top
of the input field like it is now.

  This is on Hardy.
