  No webcam apps on karmic by default

Status in “ubuntu-meta” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Steps to Reproduce : 
  1.Install karmic-Desktop-i386.iso
  2. Look for apps using webcam such as cheese on grapics and system and video.
  3. You can not find any apps like that

  Hardware : Intel Corporation Mobile 945GME Express Integrated Graphics
  Controller (rev 03)

  Expected Result : To find some webcam applications such as cheese or
  UCviewer in either Graphics or System Tools
