Title:
  first time using Ubuntu.  CD demands user name and password but will

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

  Ubuntu tries to load from CD mirror.   Asks if I want to install Linux
  or just run it.   Then the next screen askes for username and password
  when none have been created.    It does not accept any input.  I am
  using latest version 10.10.
