Title:
Adding an "Open package..." option to the menu "File".

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

It's not bug but a request. I know that you may open DEB packages if
Ubuntu Software Center is associated to the DEB mime type, just with a
double-click on the file. However, I believe that it would be
desirable to have such option from the Software Center menu itself.
