Setting back to New, as changing the Development task hides the bug from
the default searches, and we need it visible until it gets accepted into
natty-updates.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  update-manager in Oneiric has an apport package hook and this should
  be SRU'ed to Natty.

  TEST CASE:
  1) Execute 'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal
  2) In the resulting apport dialog notice that 'DpkgTerminalLog.txt' is not included in the bug report
  3) Don't report the bug

  Install the new version of update-manager from natty-proposed
  1) Execute 'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal
  2) In the resulting apport dialog notice that 'DpkgTerminalLog.txt' is included in the bug report
  3) Don't report the bug
