[Bug 810197] [NEW] installation crashed because CD-ROM hors service -2

Public bug reported:

My computer has the CD-ROM crashed. I've installed Ubuntu by USB Key.
When I lunch "install ubuntu 11.04" the installation program operate ok until check CD-Rom, then crash.
now I attach 
file:///var/log/partman
