Status in “base-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Installing via net installer and selecting Ubuntu Server should either
  install an ARM Server Kernel or do something like set
  elevator=deadline as a bootarg in the meantime (also assuming deadline
  is wanted with ARM Server).  *Assuming there should be a separate
  server kernel, presently there is not.
