[Bug 817617] [NEW] Repositories not auto enabling. Should be an option

Public bug reported:

Wine needs some packages from multiverse and universe repo. If these are not enabled then apt-get will report an issue. If the command can recognise these are required then automatically offer to enable the repo then this can be avoided. Please see:
