Title:
"guess keyboard" allow to enter keys not in list leading to impossible
  combination of keys

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

During the installation of Maverick, when you select to guess keyboard layout during the installation it displays a popup with a list of keys to enter.
If you enter a key that is not in the list then it is accepted and the second sequence of keys contains only 1 letter which doesn't exist on the keyboard.

  Example:
On a french keyboard, at the first sequence I've hit 'w' which is not in list
The second sequence displayed only 1 letter "ö" which is a combination of 2 keys, with the buttons 'Yes/No', I answered 'No'
The third sequence displayed only 1 letter "š" which doesn't exists on a french keyboard, without 'Yes/No'
