Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I just installed Ubuntu 10.10 alpha2. During installation I notived
  that when choosing the timezone the current time was displayed as
  "00:00", which was definitely wrong. However, now Ubuntu is running
  and GNOME is showing the correct time.
