Title:
Wrong form of word in Russian translation

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

Wrong word form in Russian translation in information about how many updates selected.
In Russian you must provide 3 options instead of two forms in English of the word "updates".

Now we have only 2: "обновление" for numbers anded with 1 and "обновлений" for over numbers.
But if the number ends with 2,3 or 4 (alse 12,13 and 14) the word should be written as "обновления"
