Title:
Double headers in the downloading/installing window

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

When updating the system with update-manager, I noticed that
"Downloading Package Information" and "Downloading Package Files"
  appears twice.
  I have attached an image.

My suggestion is that the upper header (the window header) is changed
  to "Update Manager".

  (update-manager 1:0.132.1 on Lucid)
