Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
However the people working on Ubuntu are trying to do their best to handle (comment and fix) the incoming bug reports, but most of the times the ones affecting many people or occurring very often are prioritized.
The problem you have reported here seems to be a dependency problem, which is very unlikely responsible for the random restarts you have reported in your last comment.
As per your last comment you have reinstall, so you won't be able to reproduce this problem anymore, nor give us further details, so I am setting this as Invalid, as Fix Committed is not an appropriate state, as this problem was not solved.
Please don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future, as it will help to make Ubuntu better.

Some updates are not being done.
I get error messages after updates on some days which makes me feel
that some updates have not been successful.
