good news - even if i cannot know why...
next time the system asked to be updated everything worked fine and after the (required)restart i noticed that now i have 2.6.32-32
so i guess it solved itself !

i have no clue... sorry. i was directed here automatically, 'cause i thought that the automated sending of the necessary information would be enough and would be helpfull. apparently i must actively describe something. well, a little while after i commanded (clicked) the updates to start, i came back and a message was telling me that it has not been possible because if dependencies or something. (...)
i can do without the 2.6.32-32 i guess...
but if somebody wants to give it a try, just tell me what and i will type it into the console and copy paste here whatever comes out.
