Looking at the attachments in this bug report, I noticed that "Reboot
screenshot" was flagged as a patch.  A patch contains changes to an
Ubuntu package that will resolve a bug, since this was not one I've
unchecked the patch flag for it.  In the future keep in mind the
definition of a patch.  You can learn more about what qualifies as a

Bug description:
  I have already installed ubuntu 11.10 desktop i386 alpha 1.
  Various bugs during the installation but complete installation was possible.

  However, when i reboot it was impossible to access to the unity-2d
  desktop.

  I was on a VM with Virtualbox-OSE 4.0.4

  Additionally, I attach an screenshot when i reboot the system.
