  apt-clone crashed with SystemError in commit(): installArchives()
  failed

Status in “apt-clone” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apt-clone

  I was trying to upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04 using the daily live ISO.
  The process went fine until the end when it started to upgrade the
  installed packages. I am not sure what happened but it has crashed
  suddenly.
