Bug description:
  Binary package hint: computer-janitor

  Immediately post std online upgrade from 10.04.1 to 10.10; errors
  reported "illegal character in title karmic xxxx pae" etc. Bad Office
  install "already installed". "Not proper version of 10.10". Software
  Centre crash;  Bad applet starts (kept). Computer Janitor failed to
  remove large group of files.  Cannot lose data !!! Urgent help
  requested. With thanks.
