Title:
update-manager crashed with SystemError in mark_install(): E:Unable to
correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Binary package hint: update-manager
* Started Update Manager
* Kept all security updates checked
* Unchecked all distribution upgrades by double-clicking on the header column for the check boxes
* Scrolled down the list and checked the update to "Banshee"
Saw the spinning thing for a bit and then update manager crashed. As
far as I know there are no packages specifically "held" on this
laptop. I was just trying to be selective about what I updated.
