  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  update-manager crashed after I clicked a package that has ubuntu
  administrated changelog (google-chrome-unstable by Google Inc). The
  crash seems to be related to fetching the changelog and something went
  wrong. Usually the update manager will say something along the lines
  "the change is coming from source that does not support change logs"
  with the old and new version numbers for the package.
