  Binary package hint: aptdaemon

  Maybe there's a problem with packagemanagement, if I am logged on on a vpn in university. packagelists seems to be filled header of the universitys wlan spot. but i am not sure if that is exactly this error. 
  the problem was also reported in different forums.
