Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  I added a custom entry to 40_custom, ran update-grub, removed the
  custom entry, ran update-grub, I expected to not see the custom entry,
  because I deleted it, but it was there again, because it was readded.
  Instead of update-grub, grub-mkconfig also readds removed custom
  entries.
