[Bug 794678] [NEW] 'apt-ftparchive generate config' ignores some packages

I have here an intranet apt repository. Some of the packages are ignored by 'apt-ftparchive generate' (not mentioned in the generated Packages file).
If I invoke apt-ftparchive packages or dpkg-scanpackages this packages are recognized.
