At the time this bug was reported, your debconf database was locked by
another process:

As it is virtually certain that you've rebooted the system since then,
that makes it impossible for us to debug this any further, so
regrettably I am closing this report.  Please continue to report any
other bugs you encounter with Ubuntu.
