Title:
add a way to use radeonfb instead of vesafb or vga16fb

Status in “initramfs-tools” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
usplash already chek if it must use vesafb or vga16fb according the
kernel command line. I could be a good idea to also check for radeonfb
  and other framebuffer driver
