Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I was attempting to install 10.10 into a 25Gb partition, without  a
  swap partition.  When I mounted /ext2 to / in the partition dialog,
  the installer indicated that this was possible.
