Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  When I try to upgrade my Kubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 appears a windows with this , well it is in spanish, No se ha podido obtener un bloqueo exclusivo.
  Esto normalmente significa que ya está ejecutando otra aplicación de gestión de paquetes (como apt-get o aptitude). Por favor, cierre esa aplicación primero.
  But I do not have any other program executing at this moment.
