I just was performing a normal update. The first time I entered the
wrong password in the policykit dialog, but then the right one, then it
started and later I got this error.

Error message in update-manager (lang=de-de):
Der Vorgang kann nicht überwacht oder gesteuert werden.

Die Verbindung zum Hintergrunddienst wurde unterbrochen.
Höchstwahrscheinlich ist der Dienst abgestürzt.
