Hi people I created a path for this problem...

In the file softwarecenter/ui/gtk/widgets/thumbnail.py I modified the
lines 104, 146 and 147...

with this patch clicking on the empty gtk.Alignement the software centre
will open in the default browser a webpage like
http://screenshots.debian.net/upload/$PACKAGE

  Enable users to upload a screenshot

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-store

  I sometimes browse the Store for known packages, only to see the "no
  screenshot available" message. In these cases, it would be great to
  have an "upload a screenshot" button allowing the user to do that.
  That way it wouldn't be up to developers / maintainers to do the
  tedious job of adding screenshots, and most apps would get one.
